Instant booking process:

  1. Choose the "Booking" menu from the website
  2. After you enter the check-in and check-out date, choose that how many rooms you wish to book
  3. If you book one room, enter how many adult, child (3-12 years) and baby (0-3 years) you wish to place, then choose form the available rooms and click to the "NEXT" button
  4. If you book more rooms, choose from the available rooms that how many rooms you wish to book from that roomtype, then click to the "NEXT" button and place the guests
  5. After you click the "NEXT" button enter your personal datas and accept the terms and conditions, then click to the "RESERVE" button
  6. The system will send you a validation code to your email account, what you have to type to the booking surface to complete your booking
The booking confirmed after you recieved the automatic email. For guarantee the pension can ask for a deposit or a credit card warranty. In that case the reception will inform you via email.

To book you can request a custom offer from us by the "Custom Request" form on the website.

Room reservation process:
  1. You ask for an offer on our on-line form or by our contacts
  2. The reception inform you in a reply message. Its includes the rooms availability, the prices and other options
  3. You can accept it or you can ask for modify
  4. If you accept the finalized offer please send a message (preferably in e-mail)
  5. You send the deposit or send your credit card details (for pre authorisation) with that you guaranteed your booking

The sent offers without response are valid for 48 hours. After that we can't guarantee your booking.
We recommend to our precious guests, to ask our colleagues by telephone for our current availability.


Cancelling terms: 3 days before arrival the booking can be cancelled without charge. In 3 days or in case of non-appearance the pension is entitled to charge the guest's credit card with one night price or keep one night price from the deposit.

Paying terms:
The bookings has to be guaranteed. For the guarantee the pension ask for a deposit or a credit card warranty. When an offer guaranteed by credit card, the pension in 7 days before arrival pre-authorise the credit card for one night payment. (The pre-authorisation not equal with the purchase, it is temporary locking) If the pre-authorisation can't be done the pension is entitled to delete the booking. If the pre-authorisation not possible you will receive a message so its practical to contact us to verify your reservation. Reservations verified by credit card is paid when leaving with cash or credit card. If the reservation is verified by a deposit then you have to pay the rest of the price when leaving.
